- Will DCS Sanitation Management provide everything that is needed for performing sanitation in my plant?
We supply all cleaning chemicals, equipment, contract labor, safety and sanitation training, supervision, QA, documentation and the expertise required to reliably and effectively perform contract cleaning services in your plant.
- Does DCS fully manage and supervise the crew performing food plant sanitation at our site?
Yes. We are committed to providing experienced on-site management and supervision of our cleaning crews to ensure complete follow-through and accountability at every stage of the sanitation process.
- Are DCS people present during audits and daily USDA inspections?
Yes. Our people are present for daily USDA inspection. Our management team will also be present for all USDA and 3rd party audits and will be prepared to provide all required documentation for those meetings.
- Does DCS supply all QA and safety documentation associated with contract cleaning services?
Yes. DCS on-site management is required to manage and maintain all required program documentation for our internal employee safety and food safety programs. These programs meet or exceed USDA and OSHA requirements.
- How does DCS Sanitation source workers who will perform food plant sanitation in my facility?
Our on-site managers are very experienced in finding people to get the job done. They are exclusively dedicated to your plant, live in the area and are well connected with the local community. This enables them to effectively recruit and assess the local workforce. Additionally, our managers are fully supported by our corporate Human Resource programs and management personnel.
- Does DCS use the E-Verify program to confirm their legal status?
Yes. We certify 100% of our new hires through E-Verify and conduct an annual 3rd party I-9 audit to confirm our processes are effective and in compliance.
- Does DCS train its workers in procedures associated with sanitation, food safety, special equipment and safety practices in the workplace?
Yes. Training is a huge priority at DCS. All of our workers receive comprehensive sanitation training on effective procedures and safety including: classroom instruction, online training, and “on the floor” exercises to learn proper sanitation and safety procedures. We continually document and certify this training process for every employee, ensuring high quality results and auditing documentation for our customers.
