- QA Program – Our Quality Assurance program requirements ensure consistency in our performance. They also maintain appropriate documentation to satisfy internal, 3rd party, and USDA audits.
- Pre-op Process – DCS has a formal pre-op inspection process, which provides the structure to consistently monitor and manage our nightly sanitation performance. This is a cornerstone of our program.
- Internal Audit Program – DCS partnered with Food Safety Net Services to develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit of our sanitation programs and performance to facilitate a continuous improvement approach.
- Employee Training – DCS provides comprehensive and well documented training programs for all levels of employees, including the use of Alchemy online training which provides real time, verifiable training classes and records for all employees. We also have formal Management Development Programs for all of our on-site managers and key management candidates.
- Area Management Support – Our field management structure and program requirements include an Area Manager to service your facility on a regular basis. This is a critical part of our service commitment and insures regular oversight and senior level management availability at your facility.
